Immerse yourself in a Sound Immersion Journey
Experience the stress-melting power of sound with Jess, a Sound & Meditation Practitioner. This one-hour session begins with aromatherapy to set a calming ambiance. You'll then engage in a guided meditation focusing on breathwork to help calm your mind and body.
As you gently transition into sound, immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of gongs, drums, tuning forks, and more. These celestial sounds will guide you deeper into a state of profound relaxation.
Come dressed comfortably and bring your yoga mat, pillow, and blanket to create your own cozy sanctuary. Prepare to leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and deeply relaxed.
