Completion of certification is not required to participate in the program; however, certification is highly encouraged for students who plan to professionally facilitate sound immersion experiences or incorporate sound healing into an existing practice.

Certification Requirements for Graduates

Students seeking certification must successfully complete the following:

Educational Requirements

• Complete all online coursework and assigned modules

• Participate in the immersion weekend (or complete equivalent online requirements for remote students)

• Complete approximately 20 hours of online learning

• Complete approximately 20 hours of experiential and practical training

• Successfully complete all quizzes and knowledge checks

Reading & Reflection

• Read two required books from the recommended reading list

• Submit a one-page reflection paper for each book

• Complete a one-page personal reflection essay

Observation & Experience

• Attend five community sound immersion experiences and submit feedback forms

• Attend five complimentary sound immersion experiences and submit feedback forms

• Attend five paid or donation-based sound immersion experiences and submit feedback forms

Practical Application

• Design and submit a complete sound immersion session plan

• Complete the iSOUND Institute Sound Healing Experiment

• Research and write an article related to sound, vibration, or frequency for publication consideration on the iSOUND Institute website

Apprenticeship Experience

Students are encouraged to apprentice at a sound immersion experience, workshop, or event.

This provides valuable insight into facilitation, professionalism, group dynamics, and event flow.

Students may submit a one-page reflection describing:

• What they learned

• What was effective

• What they may have done differently

• Key takeaways from the experience

Accountability & Completion Timeline

Students have up to 12 months to complete all certification requirements.

Extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to an extension fee.

Deadlines are designed to help students remain engaged, committed, and accountable while progressing through the certification experience.

Stepping outside your comfort zone can be challenging, but our team will be there to support you every step of the way.

At iSOUND Institute, certification represents commitment, accountability, professionalism, and successful completion of the educational process.

Graduation photography, official graduate recognition, practitioner directory inclusion, and professional graduate features are reserved for students who successfully complete all certification requirements and officially graduate from the program.

This helps preserve the integrity, professionalism, and educational standards of the certification pathway.

Upon successful completion of all certification requirements, submissions will be reviewed and graduates will receive their:

This is a 12-Month Sound Healing Certification Experience focused on quality education, mentorship, accountability, professional development, and raising the standards of sound healing education.

As the popularity of sound healing continues to grow, there has also been an increase in programs offering limited education and minimal hands-on experience. Protecting the integrity of the profession and supporting practitioner excellence remain central to the mission of iSOUND Institute.

Our goal is to help students become knowledgeable, ethical, confident, and capable practitioners who can responsibly share the power of sound with others.

Cancellation Policy

All tuition payments are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend for any reason, including illness, injury, family emergency, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances, no refunds will be issued.

However, students will receive a full tuition credit that may be applied toward another iSOUND Institute training, certification experience, or educational offering within 12 months of the original program date.

We appreciate your understanding, as significant planning, venue reservations, materials, hospitality, and administrative costs are incurred prior to each training experience.
